First, the recruiter contacted me to understand my current situation. After that, I had an interview with the recruiter. Following this stage, I interviewed with the supervisor and manager.
The hiring process lacks feedback, and sometimes candidates with the right qualifications aren't even contacted for an interview. It's heavily based on referrals, with little emphasis on merit. It seems like the process prioritizes internal recommendations over individual achievements.
First, there was a quick screening call. After that, I had a proper interview with some of the team members. We talked about my background, how I collaborate with stakeholders, and my experience in similar jobs. It was a pretty standard and professional process.
