I applied through Glassdoor and then got an email for an initial interview with the hiring manager. After that, I got another email for a second interview with team members I would potentially be working with. Then, I got a phone call from the hiring manager saying the other team members were really happy about my interview and that he is trying to get me scheduled to be interviewed by his boss. We even talked about pay. This is where I was left hanging. I didn't get an email or phone call to tell me that they don't want to move forward with the process.
Had a good interview with the director and head. It's a really good company. The interview was friendly and they asked about monitoring and my past experience. No technical tests were given. I got an offer and accepted it. The whole process was easy.
Interview was good. There were 2 rounds: HR and technical. Both were professional and friendly. HR explained core values and asked for basic qualifications required for a TSA. Questions in technical round were basic related to various topics in security like VPN, encryption, etc. Followed up within a week. Overall a good experience
