Arc Worldwide Art Director interviews, decoded.

This was for a freelance position. I had an initial call with the Recruiter and then a call with the Creative team. Both went well. The people were friendly. The questions asked were pretty standard. I was upfront about any areas where I lacked experience, but I made sure to show my enthusiasm and my eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.

I went through the interview process here twice for the same role. Both times, after multiple interviews, I never heard back. The second time, I received an automated rejection email a month after my final interview. I really enjoyed speaking with everyone I met, and it seems like a great company, but their recruiting process is really unprofessional.

They looked at my portfolio and talked about some of my favorite projects. It was a good interview overall, but the role got put on hold and I never heard back after.
