Arc Worldwide Interview Questions

This was for a freelance position. I had an initial call with the Recruiter and then a call with the Creative team. Both went well. The people were friendly. The questions asked were pretty standard. I was upfront about any areas where I lacked experience, but I made sure to show my enthusiasm and my eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.

Scheduling and the interview process were pretty easy. I got an email from a scheduler first, then I had a phone call with a recruiter. They mostly asked about my background and what I've done.

I interviewed with four members of the creative team via Teams. The process was fast and I had smooth communication with the recruiter. The job ultimately went to someone with more experience, but it was still a positive interaction with the whole team.
