Arc Aspicio Interview Questions

I had a good interview process. I talked to an associate and a principal. They were both nice and gave me a lot of good info. They knew a lot about the company and the industry.

I had a phone screening that went well. After that, I sent in my writing samples and references. Then they reached out about a second interview via video, but I told them I'd have to wait until the next week when I was back in town. They then set up an in-person interview for the following week. But, the day before, they canceled it, saying they weren't hiring for the role anymore and would contact me when something else opened up. It's weird they'd schedule an interview if they weren't looking for the role.

I had a quick HR call, then a video interview, and after that they called my references. This was for a contract that wasn't awarded yet, so there was no offer made during the interview process.
