Candidate-reported interview process

This was the initial interview, and there was no second interview needed. I received a callback shortly after. It was a face-to-face meeting with HR and my potential manager.

First, there's an exam, if you pass that, you'll have an HR interview, followed by about two weeks of training. After training, you'll practice with live calls, and then you'll start taking calls on your own, with your supervisor helping you out.

The interview experience was really good. The interviewer was very accommodating and asked questions relevant to the job and current market trends. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
