The interview process was pretty straightforward, focusing more on assessing my knowledge, how well I'd fit in, and my reliability rather than diving deep into technicalities. They suggested practicing standard behavioral questions like discussing my five-year goals and anticipating potential job challenges.
The interview wasn't as tough as I thought it would be, and it felt like the interviewers were more anxious than I was. They asked common accounting questions and let me take my time to think and correct my answers.
HR called me first to schedule the interview, asking about my military status, notice period, and current employment. Then I had a 30-minute technical interview on Microsoft Teams. The interviewer was really friendly, and the interview felt pretty average. It came after the initial HR phone call.
