I applied online and got a response quickly. The interview process had four remote stages via Skype because I was in another state. Two employee referrals were added to my application. First, a one-way video interview where I recorded and submitted one-minute video responses to basic questions. Second, a skills and assessment test on Excel and research/writing. Then, an initial Skype interview with an Associate Director. The last stage was a two-hour Skype interview with three team members. The HR staff were proactive, friendly, and kept me informed. Although the process had multiple steps and took time, Arabella made sure I understood the role and that we were a good cultural fit.

I got referred by someone I knew so I applied using a link they sent. I filled out an online application and then had to do some tests (Excel and a personality one) after a phone interview. After that, I had two in-person interviews on the same day, one with a manager and another with an HR person and someone who was doing the job I applied for.

Because this company has teams in many different cities, we did most of the interviews over Skype. It took two months. First, there was a phone screen. Then, an initial Skype interview. After that, an assessment that included a financial modeling test and a short personality test. Then, I had in-person interviews at the office. The last stage was an interview with an HR manager. I didn't get the job and never found out why. I appreciate that they took the time to evaluate me and I'm thankful for the chance to talk with several people on the team I was applying for.
