I had a phone screen with a recruiter, then a Skype call with a manager, and finally a call with the CEO. The CEO said I should have begged for the job to get it. I'm glad I didn't get an offer from a place like that.
Had 3 phone calls/Skype sessions, with the final one being with Susie Hall. They care more about your energy and positivity; you're essentially a warm body. They'll fire you if your numbers dip, just check the turnover in the Philly office.
Applied online and got contacted by the Internal Recruiter within a couple days. Had a standard phone screen about my background, education, and current role. Then, I had an hour and a half phone interview with the Regional Director where we discussed my experience, the company/position, and I asked questions. Next, I went for an in-person interview with the Market Manager and Regional Director for about an hour, followed by speaking with two Agents. Lastly, I was given an Agent project that was straightforward if you understood the requirements. Received an offer a few days later.
