Candidate-reported interview process

It begins with an email exchange regarding a potential opportunity. If there's a mutual fit, the next step involves a phone discussion. Following that, if the role aligns with your interests, you'll typically be invited for an in-person meeting. This onsite visit is where they assess your career aspirations and gauge your personality and presentation style.

They first screen by resume and phone. I was called in two different times over two years to update my info, meet team members, and convey what I was looking for. I felt like I got the attention I deserved.

I got a call from them the day after I submitted my online application. The interview was at a cool, professional office located in a business district in Houston. This office mainly does staffing for oil and gas companies.
