Candidate-reported interview process

The whole interview process lasted about 3 weeks. It involved a lot of casual conversations. It began with a recruiter phone call. Then, I had some phone interviews and follow-up chats with a manager. I also visited the office for a day to meet the team and other employees, which was a good way to see who I'd be working with daily. They really focus on screening candidates thoroughly to find the right people to represent the company. The final interview was with a VP.

The interview process was thorough. I met with the Regional Director, the sales team, and the agent team. Then I had a phone interview with the President for the final review. There was also a part where I could ask my questions, and they were answered. We also talked about past metrics and future goals.

It was a really long interview process. Started with a recruiter, then went to the regional director, staff, and even executives, but ultimately no offer was extended. The first recruiter I spoke with was great! After that initial contact, it felt like a constant grilling. By the end of the whole month-long process, they actually changed the job qualifications.
