The whole interview process took about two and a half months. There was barely any communication in between, and I had to chase them up a lot to find out what was going on. It felt unprofessional because of the lack of updates and coordination, which made the experience really frustrating. I was expecting better communication and for them to value my time more. This makes me wonder about how things run internally.
The interview process was too long, too many people to talk to and too many questions. the level was standard. I enjoy solving the problems they gave me. The questions was ok.
The interview process included two technical rounds. The first round was conducted online via Zoom and covered a mix of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) along with some theoretical questions. The second round was an in-person, face-to-face interview at the office. This round was quite disappointing as it seemed the interviewer had already decided against the candidate. They were not attentive throughout the interview and asked very basic questions. A single DSA problem was presented, which I solved and explained on paper, but the interviewer didn't seem interested in understanding the solution. Overall, it was a very negative experience.
