Even though I didn't get an offer, the interview process was pretty good. The recruiter was nice and got back to me quickly. The questions they asked really fit the job and gave me a clear idea of what they were looking for. I liked that they were upfront about the timeline and what would happen next, even though it didn't work out in the end. I thought the company and its vibe were great and I'd definitely apply again if a similar role opens up.
The whole interview process took about two and a half months. There was barely any communication in between, and I had to chase them up a lot to find out what was going on. It felt unprofessional because of the lack of updates and coordination, which made the experience really frustrating. I was expecting better communication and for them to value my time more. This makes me wonder about how things run internally.
The recruiter kept in touch via calls and emails, being honest and encouraging, setting clear expectations on who I'd meet and when. They guided me through the offer process too. Interviewers focused on my sales ability and cultural fit, with conversations feeling more like collaborative discussions than high-pressure interrogations. Transparency and authenticity were key; the company clearly prioritizes a great candidate experience. I'd recommend Aqua for their professionalism and care, even if I hadn't gotten the offer.
