The interview process wasn't too tough, mostly focused on basic data structures and algorithms (DSA) and communication skills. It's a good idea to sharpen your problem-solving abilities. Expect about 3 to 4 rounds, covering both technical and soft skill assessments.
The interview process had an aptitude/coding test first, then a group discussion. After that, a round focused on communication skills and some technical questions. It tested problem-solving, teamwork, clarity, and technical fundamentals well.
So, Apty.io's interview process kicked off with this online technical test, kind of an L1 thing, and it took about an hour. Then, a few days later, they brought me in for interviews at their office, which were all back-to-back. I had a face-to-face technical interview that went for about 1.5 hours, then a chat about cultural fit, and after that, I talked to the VP. After the in-office part, I had more online chats with the VP and then the founder. The last step was talking about salary, but the offer they made was way lower than what I was expecting. It was a bummer because I spent a lot of time on it, and it felt like things weren't aligned with what we talked about.
