Candidate-reported interview process
I applied online and then they set up a phone interview. After that, they set up another interview with the site PMs. Finally, I had a meeting with the head of HR to finalize their decision. The first two were the interview portions.
It was a pretty laid back interview, they just wanted to get to know me and asked a few questions about my background, experience, and what I expect. The interview was via zoom with a panel of 6 people.
First, there was a 20-30 minute phonescreen with HR. Then, I had a 1-hour interview with the hiring manager. Finally, I did a 45 min-1 hr team interview (or key co-worker interview) where they asked standard questions about my experience and examples. It was pretty conversational.
