AptAmigo Sales Representative interviews, decoded.

I had a great time learning about AptAmigo and everyone was very friendly and helpful! You will get an opportunity to learn about the need for this company and they motivate you with successful stories!

Had 5 phone chats, each about 45 mins to an hour, with different people on the team: HR, CRO, Sales Team Leads, and finally the CEO, in that sequence. The CRO was incredibly energetic! It really got me pumped up for the rest of the day. The calls were pretty straightforward. I did notice a bit of overlap, like the interviewers might not have synced up since I was asked the same questions multiple times. Everyone was really friendly, and I felt a good connection, thinking I could do well in the role. Ended up getting an offer, which I accepted. I like the company and am excited about what's next.

I emailed the CEO and then had a phone call and an in-person interview. The head of sales said I'd hear back in a day after the final interview, but that didn't happen. I followed up multiple times, but got no response, even after telling them I had another offer. It's surprising given their focus on communication.
