AptAmigo Operations Coordinator interviews, decoded.

Got a quick response after applying, but they were pretty disorganized with scheduling. My video interview got postponed twice due to them sending emails last minute. The first time, they rescheduled 5 minutes before we were supposed to start, and I missed the email since I'd turned off notifications. The second time, they were late and sent the email 10 minutes after we were supposed to start. This was super unprofessional, so I pulled my application. It makes me wonder about how things run there day-to-day if this is how they start.

Four interviews, each lasting about half an hour to forty-five minutes. They were pretty communicative mostly, but it was a bit unimpressive that three out of the four interviewers asked me the exact same question, like they hadn't talked to each other. I made it to the final round with the CEO, but a day later, I got the standard rejection. That's all good, but when I asked for feedback, not only did they not give me any, they ghosted me. Three people, including the CEO, ghosted me. Honestly, it felt super unprofessional and left a bad taste. They seem inexperienced with hiring.

I applied through their website by sending my resume to the listed email. The Chief of Operations emailed me back and was very friendly. She told me the salary was $40,000, which seemed low. I told her it was below my desired range but I was still interested. She asked me to answer a few questions via email before scheduling a call. I answered and we scheduled an interview. However, 30 minutes before, she cancelled, saying she was sick and asked to reschedule for the next Tuesday. After that, she ghosted, which felt unprofessional.
