Had an initial call with HR, then a technical phone screen with an engineer. Passed that and had a virtual onsite panel. The company communicated well before the interview, but after it, they went silent, and it felt like a major techbro environment.
It was a panel interview, a long process, but thought provoking and pleasant. I was told I would hear back soon, and 2 weeks later and multiple phone calls later I am still in the dark. If they do not want to hire someone thats fine, but dont string interviewees along for 2 weeks after you told them an offer was imminent.
The interview process began with a one-on-one meeting with the team lead. Subsequently, another engineer joined for further questioning. Following this, there was a follow-up phone call with the VP of Engineering. Overall, the entire experience was quite professional and provided a lot of useful information. Based on my interactions with the people, the office environment, and the general work culture, I got the impression it's a great place to work.
