Candidate-reported interview process

I was reached out to by the HR department to set up an interview. The interview was pretty chill and not formal at all. All of the questions they asked were about my past work experience and the skills I have for the role.

The interviewers were enthusiastic about their product and company. They asked reasonable questions, which makes me think it's a good place to work.

It was a straightforward interview. Being organized and knowing your PCI material is key. The IT team is solid. There was a group interview with IT leadership, Business leadership, and operational team leadership. It's important to be positive and focus on solutions.
