Apria Healthcare Account Executive interviews, decoded.

First, there was a phone interview where we talked about your past jobs. Then, a face-to-face interview with the Area Sales Manager where we really dug into your past sales performance and your sales techniques. The last interview was with the Area Operations Manager in Houston. This one was more laid-back, and we focused on what you're looking to do in the future and what your expectations are.

It was a 3 step process. First I talked to the Local Manager. Then I spoke with the Regional VP. Finally, I had a conversation with the Division VP.

The interview process was fine, there were 3 different interviews, one on the phone, one in person at the branch and then someone from corporate flew into town to interview me. However I understand that has changed since the company has made cutbacks and there is a traveling freeze.
