You'll start with a phone chat, and if that works out, you'll come in for an in-person interview.
The first interview was with a supervisor and a lead, covering basic questions about handling difficult customers. The second interview was super casual, lasting only about 5 minutes with the Manager and another supervisor. I got an offer call a week later. Salary negotiation wasn't possible. A drug test and background check were needed, and they only confirmed my most recent employer.
First, I had a call with a recruiter. Then, I spoke with the Area Sales Manager over the phone. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the Area Sales Manager. Then, I met with the Branch Manager in person. Next, I had a phone chat with the Division VP of Sales. Finally, I got an offer letter, and then they did a background check and drug screening.
