Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involved only talking to HR, no hiring managers. They had me complete the Wonderlic test, and that was pretty much it. The whole thing was fairly straightforward. I had two interviews in total before getting an offer.

You won't meet your direct manager. Instead, HR will interview you a couple of times, and you'll take an IQ and personality test. Then, they'll inform you of their decision.

Took skills and personality tests and was asked a few questions. It was a very conversational and light-hearted conversation. They are a young, fun company so feel free to insert your personality into the interview.
