Candidate-reported interview process

First, there's an assessment, then a screening call with the talent manager. After that, you have to take another assessment focusing on standard math and probability, followed by building a project using an unusual coding language. It feels like a lot of work before even talking to an actuary.

The recruiter was great and kept checking in, but then the hiring managers told me at the last round that the job I interviewed for doesn't even exist? It was really disappointing after spending so much time getting ready for 4 rounds.

Had a great first phone screening with a recruiter. They asked typical interview questions, like about my biggest success, but also dug deeper based on my answers. It was a relaxed and great experience.
