The interview process was straightforward and relaxed. I spoke with a few interviewers, including a mid-level manager, a director, and someone from administration, all over Zoom. The questions weren't too tough, and overall, it was a really positive experience, especially compared to the training.

The interview process started with a screening call, then a 'teach me this math problem' interview. After that, there were about two weeks of training, and then a final interview where you had to teach some problems to the training director. It was a pretty tough process, but it made sure I was ready to tutor students.

The interview was conducted via Zoom. They inquired about your previous tutoring or teaching experiences and if you had any particular grade levels you preferred to tutor. You were also asked to demonstrate your tutoring approach using a sample question.
