They asked me some questions to check my math and English skills. They also wanted to know what grades I would be comfortable tutoring for the ATL location. They asked about my grade preference and explained the job and the next steps.
The interview process was straightforward and relaxed. I spoke with a few interviewers, including a mid-level manager, a director, and someone from administration, all over Zoom. The questions weren't too tough, and overall, it was a really positive experience, especially compared to the training.
The interview process started with a screening call, then a 'teach me this math problem' interview. After that, there were about two weeks of training, and then a final interview where you had to teach some problems to the training director. It was a pretty tough process, but it made sure I was ready to tutor students.
