Apotex Scientist interviews, decoded.

The Aoptex interview process was pretty smooth and professional. I got a call or email to set up the first interview. That first round was mostly about my background, past work, and if I'd be a good fit. The person interviewing me was nice and asked a mix of technical and situational questions for the job. After that, there was a quick follow-up, maybe another interview or a test, to check out specific skills needed for the role. They kept me in the loop, and the team was good about responding. All in all, it was a well-organized and good experience.

I had a really great interview experience. Everything flowed smoothly and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The team members were professional, friendly, and seemed really engaged. They asked good technical questions that led to interesting discussions and showed they were genuinely interested in what I've done.

Met with the manager and department head HR. There were 2 rounds of interviews. They asked about people skills and technical skills. They also asked situational questions and about past work experience using the STAR format. They mentioned a low compensation package, shift work, and a stiff work culture.
