It was a video interview with three questions about ethics and your behaviours. I was given time to think and then respond, about two minutes for each question. All the engineering co-op positions I applied for had the same questions, but I had to re-record my answers for the camera.
It started with a phone interview with HR, who seemed quite rude and uninterested. I then had a second interview with the head of the department, which went well. She told me I would have a supportive team.
This was a pre-screen interview from APO Campus. The questions were easy and they give you 2 minutes to answer each. They usually let you know within a week if they want to move forward with another interview.
