Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a recruiter call, then a hiring manager screen. After that, I had a take-home assignment that I had 5 days to complete. Following that, there was a full virtual onsite with about 4 to 5 interviews. Everything was done virtually.

The interview process had 6 rounds. First was the Hiring Manager, mostly discussing my resume. Then, a Product Sense round where I had to talk about my favorite product. Next, a Product Execution round focusing on North Star and Success Metrics. After that, an Engineering Collaboration round which was a debug type question. Following that, a Behavioral round about Stakeholder Management. Finally, a Case Presentation round about an existing problem within the Org.

Had a good first call with the recruiter, but the second call with the hiring manager wasn't great. The hiring manager didn't seem super engaged, and the questions weren't very insightful. The case study was pretty standard, but I didn't get any feedback. When I asked how to improve for next time, they ghosted me. I think a good PM always gives feedback, no matter how good the work is.
