Candidate-reported interview process

The interview had 6 stages to check various competencies, including an HR check, an AI coding session, creating a TODO app from scratch, a system design session, a behavioural session, and a debugging session.

The whole interview process took about 1.5 months. I got rejected because I didn't finish the CSS part, which was the last and least important part of the assessment. Overall, I met 9.5 out of 10 requirements. Don't bother applying, it's not worth your time!

The interview process was well organized and I could reschedule easily. The interviewers were prepared and handled questions well, which speaks to their training and documentation.
