It was a long process, but it helped everyone be sure I was a good fit for the role. I talked to HR, managers, and did a practical test to show my skills.
First up was a 30-minute phone screen with the recruiter to see if I was a good fit. Then there were some technical rounds, followed by a behavioral round where they asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and past projects and challenges.
I applied for a tech support role but ended up in customer service. The first guy I talked to kept looking away which was weird. He moved me to a role-playing stage, but I only got a scheduling invite. I thought role-playing was just pretend calls, but it involved using their software, and the woman interviewing me was annoyed I couldn't navigate it. I told her I'd never used their page before, and she said it was fine (though she didn't seem happy). She then said she'd talk to the first interviewer. A week later, I got an email saying they weren't moving forward. Seriously, don't waste your time here.
