Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process usually involves multiple steps like applying, initial interviews, assessments, more interviews, and finally, the job offer stage allowing both the employer and candidate to evaluate suitability. But I didn't receive an offer letter.

First it was a call with the recruiter, then a 30 min Skype interview where they asked design questions and fundamental principles and then a code question, and then a meeting with HR.

So first you'll have a phone call, and then they'll set up a second interview that's technical. Make sure your phone is good because it might be hard to hear them.
