I applied online and had an initial call with HR. After that, I had one telephonic round and then was invited for onsite interviews. The onsite involved 4 white board technical rounds, 1 manager round, and 1 round with both the Head of Engineering and Head of HR. My overall experience was average, and the recruiting HR was pretty poor at providing details about candidates and not very open to different positions.
We had an initial screen call, then there were two online skill assessments, they were a few weeks apart. After that, I had an onsite multi-hour interview with more skill assessments. A few more weeks passed, and I had a quick final call with the Head of HR. Then there was no more communication for about a week and a half. I tried reaching out to everyone I could but didn't hear back. Finally, I got a form email saying they were moving on with other candidates.
It was a really thorough process, pretty extensive but the HR team made it go smoothly and fast. Started with a phone interview, then video/audio interviews, followed by an in-person with important people and decision makers. Just remember, you're interviewing them too! They are really thorough to make sure people are a good fit.
