The interview process is pretty good and not too hard. It really depends on the team you're joining, and they might ask questions based on that. If your accounting concepts are solid, it'll be easier to get through. Having some knowledge of private equity and hedge funds would also be helpful.

Specifically covering Accrual entries with sceneries, Corporate Actions, Bonds, and Derivatives like Forwards, Futures, Swaps and Options. I had a formal talk with them, and the questions were somewhat challenging. They asked me stuff about fund accounting, like performance fees, hurdle rates, management fees, accruals, and payments. Most of the questions were about journal entries.
