Sent my cv via Linkedin, then had 1 screening call with HR and 1 interview with the line manager. It was very simple. They asked about my background, if my experience was similar, my availability, and if I was interested in learning. No knowledge questions were asked. They confirmed interest via email and the formal offer came in 1 month later.
So we started with an HR and Line Manager chat, then went on to meet the Directors where I gave them two references. It felt more like a chat than a formal interview.
I did a short drafting test and then had two online interviews, one with the client and one with someone from the Apex team. The questions were really general, and the whole interview felt pretty relaxed.
