I interviewed with a few managers and some people who seemed like they were in college. I thought I was applying for an accounting job but figured out it was more of a service role when I saw my interviewers had degrees in government, history, and other non-business fields.
I applied via email with my resume and got a call from HR for a phone interview. Then, I had a one-on-one with the hiring manager, which is pretty standard. After that, I took an intelligence test and also got some personality tests to do at home. Later, I had two panel interviews with managers. Finally, they made me an offer.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I met with the portfolio managers, and they asked me to talk about my previous experience, focusing on anything relevant to their needs. My answers seemed to impress them, and they didn't probe much further. The interviewers were relaxed and prompted me to elaborate on my experiences with simple follow-up questions.
