They said it would be a simple process with 2 virtual interviews (a 30-40 min phone call and a 60+ min in-depth interview), and 2 assessments. Then they asked me to come in for an in-person interview in Fort-Worth, which was over an hour long and went into great detail about my experience. They mentioned they also had an internal candidate being considered. Initially, they stated the salary range was 90k-130k, but after the in-person interview, they said they could only offer 90k-mid 90s. After 5 weeks, they didn't give an update but removed the job posting, implying they hired the internal candidate and wasted everyone's time, effort, and money. Extremely unprofessional.
I had two interviews. One was a one on one with the hiring manager, the second was a panel interview with team members. Overall it was a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.
I think the process involves 3 interviews and a business case. However, after 2 interviews and submitting 1 business case, I was told I passed to the next stage and was asked about my availability for the next interview. After sending this email, I never heard from the company again. I thought it was terrible for the company to waste a candidate's time in the process only to be COMPLETELY IGNORED.
