Apellis Pharmaceuticals Manager interviews, decoded.

Interview scheduling and process was super easy and quick. The people I interacted with were really nice. But, like others have mentioned, after the one-on-one interviews, I didn't hear anything back. I checked in with HR and they said a consensus meeting was set up, but it's been weeks with no updates. At the very least, you should keep candidates informed and not leave them guessing, especially after they've put in 5+ hours. It really creates a bad impression of the company and how it treats potential talent.

I had two interviews. The person in the second interview mentioned they'd contact me about setting up the next one. But the next day, they emailed saying I didn't get the job. It was a really weird process.

The process was easy, quick, and well organized. The interview team was engaging and asked lots of questions. It took less than 2 weeks from start to finish and I got an offer, which I accepted. There were multiple rounds: phone, manager, and in person.
