Got an application in, and 3 days later the recruiter pinged me to set up a chat. About 10 days after that first call, I had an interview with the hiring manager.
It was pretty laid-back, you should know the fundamentals of managing and running trials from when they begin to when they wrap up, and how the study's progress is impacted by timing. Overall, it's a chill interview so no need to sweat it.
I applied for the IT Systems Business Analyst role and was contacted by a recruiter. A few days later, I interviewed with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I never heard back after sending a thank you email. About a month passed, and I learned they had hired contractors. I reached out to the recruiter again to confirm my interest and to inquire about another position I had applied for. I still haven't been officially informed that I didn't get the job. The interview felt rushed with only two questions, making it difficult. I put a lot of effort into preparing for this opportunity, and it was frustrating to be left in limbo for so long.
