Candidate-reported interview process

This was the second round of interviews, and two managers asked me a lot of questions about my past projects. They really dug into the implementation process and how I communicated with clients. Some questions didn't really seem related to the job, though.

I sent in my application online. HR set up a phone screening, but then they changed their mind and decided to just go straight into the first interview. The interview itself had two consultants and was done in both Japanese and English.

First, I had a chat with someone from HR to go over the basics of the job. Then, I interviewed with two people who seemed to be in mid-level positions. They were really nice and focused more on personality and behavioral questions rather than asking about my skills.
