APCO Worldwide General Intern interviews, decoded.

The interview went well, and I even received an offer, which was later rescinded because the position was no longer going to be filled. Initially, I was promised a later start date, but then they completely changed their hiring policies. Because of this, I wouldn't rely on any promises from this company.

I went through 3 interview rounds. The first was a 15 min phone call. Then there were two 45min GoogleMeet interviews, followed by a written assignment. The initial phone interview seemed easier than I thought it would be. I'm wondering if I just connected well with the recruiter, or if they normally filter candidates during the second round.

I ended up not taking the position but the interviewers were nice and open to answer any questions I had. Also the office was in a good location and felt cozy to work in.
