We had five interviews online, then one in person. All of these were with high level people, including the CEO. The whole process takes a long time - 8 to 10 weeks - starting from the initial screening with the recruiter. The conversations were easy, focusing on fit, competency, and vision.
The interview went well, smooth and friendly. Questions were precise. It started with an introductory interview with HR, focusing on my background, work experience and expectations. Then, interviews with APCO's seniors, focusing on the nature of the job and its requirements. In addition to the technical interview, I was given a task as an assessment.
The interview process was super smooth and easy to go through. From the get-go, it was obvious the recruitment team had a solid system. They were always around to help out or clear things up, making the whole thing a breeze.
