Working with the HR MENA team at APCO was a positive experience. They were professional, efficient, and kept me updated throughout. They understood my skills and career goals and made sure they aligned with the role. They kept me informed at every step and answered my questions.
I had two interviews for an Associate Director role at APCO. First, I met with the team, and then I had a second interview with the senior leadership team. The recruiter told me both interviews went well and that an offer was being considered, and they would reach out. However, I was then ghosted by the recruiter, with complete silence even after I followed up multiple times. This also happened to a friend of mine last year, so I would be careful interviewing here. It was very disheartening and rude.
It was a pretty extensive but mostly positive process with three rounds. The HR manager was very responsive. The process included an aptitude test and an interview. The COVID 19 crisis pushed the timing back on most things.
