The interview process had five rounds. It started with three calls lasting 30-60 minutes each with HR and two direct supervisors. Then there was a 30-minute presentation with Q&A. This was followed by a four-hour block of the same presentation and back-to-back Zoom interviews. After the final round, I had to follow up myself to get any decision notification.
I flew in to meet with 5-6 people. The hiring bar is set really high so they grill you a bit. Everyone I talked to there was really awesome & I really enjoyed my experience.
I had a few interviews, some over Skype and some in person. It was a good chance to chat with various employees. I got to ask different people different things. The whole vibe was pretty relaxed and open.
