The interview process had five rounds. It started with three calls lasting 30-60 minutes each with HR and two direct supervisors. Then there was a 30-minute presentation with Q&A. This was followed by a four-hour block of the same presentation and back-to-back Zoom interviews. After the final round, I had to follow up myself to get any decision notification.
The interview process involved a recruiter screening, followed by a hiring manager interview. Then, I met with five team members, and afterwards, I gave a presentation to those same five individuals. These five people represented a good mix from across the company. Most of the interviews were conducted over Zoom with video enabled.
The interview can be intense but it is worth it. They want to make sure and be as accurate as possible in hiring people who will be a great fit culturally. You first go through a screening, then several 1:1s, and finally if asked, join the company in Sf to meet with leadership in person.
