Candidate-reported interview process

They asked me to share a little about my past outbound call work. Also, we talked about what I know about phone systems like hold features, how many calls come in, and wait times. Then, they gave me some typical customer situations to see how I'd handle them. And there were a bunch of questions about good phone manners.

Had two interview rounds. First was with the HR Manager for about 30 minutes, asking basic stuff. The second was with the CS Division Hiring Manager and lasted about 45 minutes.

It was a two-step interview process, and then there was a background check and reference check application. They also looked at my resume, gave a training tour of the company, and had me fill out personnel forms. They asked about my computer skills and gave another tour of the company after the interview.
