Candidate-reported interview process

Good process of inviting me to the dermatologist for the best concealer for the information of the product delivered to you with lots of reasons why you are not responsible.

They asked me to share a little about my past outbound call work. Also, we talked about what I know about phone systems like hold features, how many calls come in, and wait times. Then, they gave me some typical customer situations to see how I'd handle them. And there were a bunch of questions about good phone manners.

Had two interview rounds. First was with the HR Manager for about 30 minutes, asking basic stuff. The second was with the CS Division Hiring Manager and lasted about 45 minutes.
