The interview process was enjoyable. It started with an HR screening call, then progressed to three separate one-hour interviews. While the interviewers were thorough, the experience felt more like a friendly chat with potential colleagues. I was quite impressed with the team and satisfied with how everything was handled. The entire process spanned about 6 weeks, which seems typical.
It was a 3-interview process: Sceeening call, Head of Talent, and with the Hiring Manager. There might have been a final step involving a business case, but I didn't reach that stage to confirm.
So there were like 3 pretty long interviews. The first one was with some of the team members. Then there was another one with senior management. The last interview had a presentation and a mock client consultation, and they asked me questions about it. It took them a whole month to get back to me with feedback, and I had to chase them.
