Candidate-reported interview process

I talked to a recruiter and then the hiring manager. Both were nice and knew their stuff. After that, I never heard back from ANSER, even after sending a thank you and two follow-ups over a month. So, yeah, don't take ghosting personally, it's probably just how they recruit.

Recruiter reached out about a role. Client wanted someone more experienced so they moved me to a different project. The PM reached out directly via phone. After an intro call, I met the customer for a fit check. I got the offer within 2 weeks.

Started with a recruiter call, then a phone chat with the hiring manager, and finished with an in-person meeting with them. The whole process made sense. Everyone was nice and flexible with scheduling.
