Another Broken Egg Cafe Interview Questions

It was a pretty straightforward interview. They weren't asking a ton of questions, mostly just wanted to know if I could be on time for work. It seems like a good place to work, with a lot of friendly people and great guests who gave good tips. Getting along with everyone wasn't an issue, and the manager was always there to help out.

The interview process was very friendly and welcoming. I was called as they were closing and got there just in time. I was greeted by the front manager and spoke with him for a while. The second interview was supposed to be with the GM, but he didn't show up. Instead, they just told the other manager to offer me a slightly increased wage. Without the GM there, I was unable to negotiate this further.

The HR recruiter was really nice and shared info about the job and the company vibe. The hiring manager was cool too and easy to talk to. They talked about what they were looking for and what happens next.
