The interview process moved along pretty quickly and the people I talked to from Strategy, Production, and Project Management were all really nice. They asked me about my previous experience, what I'm interested in, and what I hope to achieve in my career.
I've been interviewed twice and ghosted after the second stage twice with no rejection email (or any explanation). The third time they contacted me to go through the recruiting process again (from scratch!) I just didn't reply.
Got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and had an initial screening call to check if I was a match. After that, I went through 6 interviews with my potential team and got good feedback throughout. The recruiter was also very responsive until the final interview. However, they ghosted me completely after saying the last interview would be with the CEO and that they would follow up. The process was inefficient and wasted my time that I could have used to find other jobs. If a company needs 7 calls to decide if someone is a good fit, it says a lot.
